| In recent years after China’s reform and opening up, especially in 21 st century, the industrialization and urbanization in China has rapid development, the urban construction land has been expanded sharply, and thus a large number of urban villages emerge. However, the urban villages have many disadvantages, such as low environmental quality, lack of supporting facility, absence of social insurance, disorder of public security, which heavily restrict the healthy and sustained development of urban. Therefore, it has very important and realistic significance to renovate the urban villages.This paper aims at the urban villages of Heze City. Firstly, the common problems of urban villages are studied, including concepts, types, characteristics, some reasons of their formation and development. Secondly, the theory, the existing problems, inevitability, and restraining factors of renovation of urban villages, and the forms, subjects, and compensation ways are demonstrated in detail. Next, the current situations and some existing problems of urban villages of Heze City are investigated deeply, the advantaged conditions and disadvantaged factors, and the course and modes of renovation are analyzed, and the three types of renovation cases of urban villages are dissected. Finally, some suggestions of renovation for the urban villages of Heze City are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows:The urban villages refer to those area entities which keep the original inhabitation form and social structure after losing cultivated lands and being surrounded by urban construction due to the expansion of urban construction lands. The form and development of urban villages cover macro factors and micro factors. The macro factors consist of expansion of urban construction lands and dual system of the urban and rural; the micro reason mainly contains drive of economic interests and choice of cheap rent. In the renovation of urban villages of Heze City, the form of renovation should be reasonably chosen and shouldn’t end up being torn down. Furthermore, the planning should be paid more attention, and the special planning of renovation and annual plan, and controlled detail planning should be scientifically prepared. Also, the scale of urban villages should be controlled, the financial channels should be expanded, and some policies of security, placement, and finance should be improved so that it can provide the good condition and infrastructure assurance. |
