Abstract/Summary:
This paper is a part of the design and research of urban super high-rise complex chaired by Mr.Wang Heng.As a chapter of the detailed study of super high-rise buildings,this paper makes a specific study of the external functional details of super high-rise buildings.Throughout the history of the development of super high-rise buildings,in recent years,during the period of rapid development of super high-rise buildings,the functional details of super high-rise buildings,as the bearers of the actual functions of buildings,also play an increasingly important role in the overall building.Starting from the development history of super high-rise buildings and combining with the thinking of contemporary architects,this paper analyses the present situation and development trend of the exterior functional details of super high-rise buildings.Throughout the historical latitude,there are many factors affecting the development of the external functional details of super high-rise buildings.This paper first analyses the factors,and takes the status quo of the influencing factors and the analysis of engineering examples as a way of thinking for the study of the external functional details of super high-rise buildings.At the same time,it analyses the future development direction of super high-rise buildings and the contemporary architects’ construction in super high-rise buildings.Design ideas and key design parts in the process of architectural design.Through the comprehensive analysis of the above two aspects,the external functional details of super high-rise buildings are studied in depth.In this paper,the main direction of conclusion is the development of external functional details in the future.Some conclusions are drawn from the aspects of equipment function,structure function and energy-saving function in order to be applied in design practice.
