With the advent of information era,the concept of Internet Plus and its application in construction industry are advocated by the China government vigorously,in order to promote the upgrade of the industry and therefore boost the development of economy.In this regard,Building Information Modeling(BIM)Technology plays a vital role in pushing forward the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.And Practice-based Building Information Modeling(P-BIM),as the most effective and practical realization method of BIM in China,is the development tendency of the industry and has brought revolutionary impacts on the whole industry.In the same time,the aluminum formwork,as one of the emerging green formwork of building material,featuring with a lot of advantages,such as high efficiency of usage and high quality,and fulfilling the requirements of the fast-developing industry,is preferred by the construction companies in mainland China.In the past few decades when the conventional Computer-Aided Design(CAD)Technology was wildly adopted by the industry,the complicated computation process and numerous number of components made the safety and stress analysis of formwork components,which depended mainly on the manual computation,really difficult.Nowadays,there are comparative mature intelligent layout and calculation softwares that focus on conventional wooden and steel formwork.However,for the emerging aluminum formwork,because of the difference of material parameters and supporting system,a comparative completed safety calculation and analysis software is yet to come.The P-BIM technology,which adopts 3D modeling,can solve the mentioned problem.Therefore,with the combination of the heated PBIM technology and aluminum formwork technology,through frontend structure design of formwork engineering to realize the checking of the aluminum formwork system safety and improve efficiency and accuracy,troubleshoot the non-conforming components and then modify and improve the system,the possibility of casualties and economic losses caused by the collapse of aluminum formwork supporting system on-site can be reduced to a certain extent.With the aluminum formwork system to be the study subject,focusing on the drawbacks of conventional methods existing in the panel safety calculation process,introducing the PBIM technology,the study has explored how P-BIM technology can be applied in the aluminum formwork system engineering in three aspects as below.(1)After in-depth analysis of the application status of safety calculation software for formwork system in China and abroad,and current status about secondary development of Revit,a feasibility study about adopting the P-BIM technology during the development of aluminum formwork safety calculation system was conducted.And the conclusion is that basing on the P-BIM main modeling software Revit,the secondary development of aluminum formwork safety calculation system is feasible.(2)After the knowledge of aluminum formwork safety calculation system was sorted out,the design requirements,research methods,module constitution and operation procedures of system were compiled.Then basing on aluminum formwork engineering design system software,the P-BIM model of aluminum formwork system was established in Revit.The aluminum formwork safety calculation software was developed in C# language,with usage of Visual Studio programming platform.This software can complete the repetitive calculation of module units,detect inconformity of requirements about bearing capacity and deformation automatically,capture the information of the components about formwork engineering and then generate the safety calculation report,stress analysis diagram and the screenshot information of the 3D model.(3)Combined with project case,based on the P-BIM model and aluminum formwork layout solution,the safety of the aluminum formwork system is calculated and checked.The calculation of formwork panel,connecting components,stability of the supporting system,the whole anti-overturning and anti-sliding capability is analyzed.According to the result of this study,although P-BIM technology has an advantage in layout design in aluminum formwork engineering construction projects and checking of safety system,theoretical research methods and implementation ways of nowadays are far from mature and still need to be further developed.
