Study On The Conservation And Utilization Strategies Of Zhalantun Historic Block Based On The Value Evaluation

The conservation and utilization of the historic blocks has always been an important topic and issue for our city development and construction.As social culture speeds up,the fundamental,sustainable and benign way of historic block development is to activate unique cultural characteristics and connotations of historic blocks based on the analysis and exploration of the development problems of historic blocks while abandoning pattern design and large-scale demolition and construction.In this paper,Zhalantun historic block is taken as the research object.The utilization and conservation value of historic block is evaluated and analyzed to further put forward conservation and utilization strategies suitable for Zhalantun historic block.Zhalantun historic block is the precious historic treasure for Zhalantun City,which is featured as long history,unique art and abundant culture.Since urbanization is accelerating,the former prosperous and vibrant blocks have gradually been declining.Although the exploration of conservation and renewal never stops,the plan has been suspended due to a variety reasons of historic blocks.Based on the theories and practice of foreign and domestic historic block conservation and utilization,the author further clarifies that the scientific and effective value evaluation of historic blocks is the necessary premise and basis for conservation,utilization,plan and strategies of historic blocks.This paper has combed relevant theories and practice of historic blocks to analyze evaluation on the existing value of Zhalantun historic block.Three types of indexes are summarized for Zhalantun historic block value evaluation: block resource value,conservation and utilization value and material space value.The field research and material collection for Zhalantun historic block explicit the scientific and rational aspect of the topic research of the above three content.During the development history of historic blocks,the conservation and utilization aims to form good development effect and activate humanistic and spatial vitality of the blocks.In this paper,taking quantitative analysis as the core,the author scientifically uses the mathematical methods including Delphi analysis method and AHP analytic hierarchy process and combines qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to determine the weight value of each layer of indicators in the historical block evaluation index system with subsequent scoring and analysis.Based on the evaluation results of historic blocks,the main problems in the conservation and utilization of historic blocks are concludes.Ultimately,the conservation and utilization strategies of Zhalantun historic block,based on the analysis of value evaluation,are put forward specifically to anticipate to provide reference and guidance for the conservation and utilization of towns along Chinese Eastern Railway and other city historic blocks.
