Research On Design Of Front Space Of Apartment Building Entrence In Winter City

In recent years,residents' demands for living environment have been continuously improved,and they have changed from satisfying the most basic residential functions to the pursuit of environmental comfort.The design of outdoor public activities spaces has also received increasing attention.The space in front of the house is a transitional area between indoor and outdoor,and has the strongest accessibility and the highest frequency of use.Therefore,the design of the space in front of the house has important research significance.This paper takes the pre-home space of the cold city as the research object,and evaluates the pre-home space design strategy that fits the cold climate from the perspective of residents' behavioral needs.This paper firstly reviews the needs of residents' outdoor activities and the analysis of the space in front of the house,and summarizes the current situation of the design and use of the space in front of the house.This post-use evaluation selected three representative residential communities in Harbin as the main research areas.Data collection was conducted by means of questionnaires and behavioral observations to understand users.Characteristics,spatial satisfaction,behavior type,activity time and place of stay,and through the graphical analysis,behavior frequency and behavioral density analysis,explore the relationship between residents' behavior and satisfaction and the design of the space before the house from quantitative and qualitative perspectives.In order to get the design strategy of the space in front of the cold city.This paper will use the post-occupancy-evaluation(POE)method to study the public space of residential areas in cold cities,and meeting diversified activities.The aspect proposes a design strategy.I hope this paper can provide new ideas for the design of the space in front of the cold city,and also provide some reference for the theoretical research and practice of post-use evaluation.
