With the rapid development of the aviation industry,the air traffic flow crosses rapidly and the meteorological conditions become complex.How to safely avoid severe weather,effectively reduce flight delays and improve the overall utilization of airspace resources is an urgent problem to be solved.As an important strategy to improve air traffic conditions,reroute can effectively reduce flight delay caused by weather and achieve optimal allocation of airspace resources.Therefore,the comprehensive reroute strategy under the severe weather has become an important research topic in the field of air traffic management.Based on the previous research,this paper studies the comprehensive reroute strategy under the severe weather.Firstly,considering the flights avoid the dangerous weather and operate efficiently,the dynamic and static analysis of severe weather based on historical meteorological information is carried out,and the flow forbidden area is designated.At the same time,through the reroute strategy model and related algorithms,the initial reroute strategy based on the fixed route network is designed and planned,and the real-time correction of the dynamic reroute is carried out.At the same time,the path cost function is used to initially give priority to the generated initial reroute strategy.Secondly,the SA-SPO algorithm is used to optimize the reroute strategy,and the route operation acceptability evaluation index is established.Based on the historical trajectory data,the differences of the routes are analyzed.Based on the target which multi-index weighting function is minimum,and the route priority is Sort to correct.Finally,based on the aircraft performance and the different needs of the flights,the text put forward the traffic management strategy to minimize total delays,that is the study of the route resource allocation problem.Based on the previous route priority,the paper establishes a traffic management strategy model based on the reroute strategy and designed a genetic simulated annealing algorithm to assign the flights to the multiple routes.According to the simulation,it shows that the model not only improves the utilization of the routes,but also reduces the total time of flight delay.
