The leaf spring landing gear has a simple structure and reliable function and is widely used in small low-speed aircraft.However,with the advent of some high-speed small drones,their energy absorption and overload requirements are getting higher and higher,and the use of small oil and gas landing gears is becoming more widespread.The structure of the small oil and gas landing gear is complex,and the cushioning performance change caused by the small size is particularly sensitive,and the dynamic characteristics of the falling shock are extremely special.Therefore,it is urgent to master the modeling,simulation,test and virtual test methods for the dynamics of such small oil and gas landing gears.Because the output load of the buffer is small,the environment and test equipment will have a great impact on the acquisition of the output load,which will affect the evaluation of the buffer performance.Firstly,the virtual test model of drop is simplified by reasonable simplified hypothesis.Then,the rationality of the hypothesis is verified by theoretical calculation and the output data of the buffer is obtained by simulation.According to the simulation results,the test is built and the test data are collected.In order to study the influence of test system and internal friction force of buffer on test results,a virtual test model of drop is built by using LMS Virtual.Lab motion &LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim.This paper mainly studies the influence of inertia force of force measuring platform and internal friction force of buffer on the test results.The simulation results obtained from the virtual test model are compared with the test results,and the coincidence between the two results is good.In this paper,the virtual landing gear drop test model is built.Some experimental phenomena are reasonably explained through the study of inertia force of force measuring platform and internal friction force of buffer.The influence of inertia force of force measuring platform on the collected test data is eliminated.At the same time,the actual buffer efficiency of bumper is obtained.It has guiding significance for the design of small oil-gas landing gear and the application of virtual test,and has reference value for the modeling of the virtual landing gear drop test. |
