The core to develop SAIC into a world-class automotive enterprise with global deployment,transnational operation,core competitiveness and brand influence lies in the advanced and mature R&D system of SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Corporation.With relatively advanced automotive modeling design and powertrain design,it is imperative to focus on design of electronic and electrical appliances.This paper addresses on how to reconstruct the R&D system for design of automotive electronic and electrical appliances,how to redetermine a design method and how to optimize and reconstruct business process,and guarantees efficiency,reliability and reusability through establishment of a system for reusability library.The main research work of the paper is shown as follows:i.Redetermination of a design method for automotive electronic and electrical appliancesIn recent years,automobile has been more than just a means of transport and requirement to its safety,comfort,entertainment has become increasingly higher while the number of electronic and electrical appliances is rising as well and the traditional and outdated design methods have been unable to meet the requirement;moreover,major foreign automotive enterprises have all taken it as a core competitiveness and strictly kept it confidential so that it is seldom reported.This paper proposes a core design method,namely a systematic design method,for electronic and electrical appliances.It is an architecture design method,which takes function module as the minimum design unit and AUTOSAR standard as ECU design standard by decomposing step by step from top to bottom and function-driven,as well as mapping one by one the requirement definition layer,software architecture layer and hardware layer.ii.Optimization and reconstruction of business process for design of automotive electronic and electrical appliancesFor solving the problem that the business process of SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Corporation is outdated,this paper by taking advantage of ARIS modeling,elaborates and analyzes the original business process of Department of Electronic & Electrical Appliances,identifies the bottlenecks and problems,as well as optimizes and reconstructs it in combination with the redetermined design method for automotive electronic and electrical appliances.iii.Overall architecture design of reusability library system for automotive electronic and electrical appliancesBased on a long-time research to business requirements of the Department of Electronic & Electrical Appliances,we have fully grasped its functional and non-functional requirements.This paper divides the system functions into subsystem of reusability library,subsystem of approval management,subsystem of system management and subsystem of basic service.It is planned to establish reusability library through B/S structure during Phase I,because it is based on Web,and to complete architecture scheme design through C/S structure during Phase II,because it involves a lot of complicated graphical operations.To realize related operation and data interaction,it is planned to use.Net platform and divide the corresponding overall architecture into user presentation layer,business service layer,basic service layer and basic platform layer.iv.Construction of reusability library system for automotive electronic and electrical appliancesThis paper designs in detail and establishes the subsystem of reusability library,subsystem of approval management and subsystem of system management.This paper also sets out test cases and specifies function test,performance test and integration test,the results of which show that the system can satisfactorily realize the various basic functions and has reached the expected performance requirements.
