With the complexity increase of car configuration and the general decline in the sales price of the vehicle,the electrical and electronic system is becoming more and more complex,at the same time its cost pressure is also growing,therefore,the requirements for the electrical and electronic architecture design and optimization are increasing.As the gradual strengthening of fuel economy,environmental protection and requirements for road safety and the development of automotive industrial modularization and platform,vehicle electrical architecture development must follow the certain research and development priorities and design rules to improve the efficiency of research and development,shorten the R&D time and reduce R&D costs,in order to conform to the trend of development of automobile industries and enterprises themselves.Traditionally electrical and electronic architecture development method has been unable to meet the needs of automobile development.In order to solve this problem,this paper will propose an electrical and electronic architecture development method based on the model.PREEvision is a vehicle architecture development tool based on the model,providing a means of design and optimization in the electrical and electronic architecture.Through the CNXX development projects of Wuling Automobile Co.,this paper verifies the method of electrical and electronic architecture design and optimization and assesses the optimal vehicle model.Firstly,this paper will make an intensive study of based on the model of automotive electrical and electronic architecture development principle,apply the principle to development process of PREEvision's electrical and electronic architecture,and put forward four parts as follows: requirement analysis,architecture scheme,model building and architecture evaluation.Secondly,for the development of CNXX vehicle models,this paper will carry on the demand analysis and the establishment of the architecture scheme.During the requirements analysis process,it will focus on the analysis of standard vehicle models,and get a list of vehicle electrical demand.In the establishment of the architecture scheme,it will focus on five design schemes such as gateway scheme,network topology scheme,power distribution scheme,grounding scheme and electric equilibrium scheme.In addition,the paper will conduct model structures for electronic and electrical architecture of CNXX models.Model structures include the demand layer,logical architecture layer,component layer,principle layer,wiring harness layer,topology layer and so on.And the model is conducted platform design and variant management based on the electrical and electronic architecture of PREEvision.Finally,the paper will carry out the secondary development of PREEvision and complete the evaluation and verification of the electrical and electronic architecture of CNXX models.PREEvision provides rules based JAVA language,algorithms,and report templates.Through the establishment of effective secondary development,it sets a range of standard of architecture evaluation and makes comprehensive validation of architecture to select the corresponding to the different needs of the optimal architecture modification.
