In-row air conditioning of data center is a kind of cooling unit closed to the heat source(server)and used in large data centers.Data center server room equipment is generally divided into 4 categories,the cabinet,cooling unit system,distribution system and monitoring system.In-row air conditioning which is the research object of this paper is exactly a kind of cooling unit set beside server rack and basically same as server cabinet in terms of shape and size.While the water-cooled heat mode refers to water as the internal heat transfer medium,it removes heat generated by the indoor side server through the outdoor large cooling towers.This paper can be divided into four parts:(1)Introduce the development of data center industry,in-row air-conditioner current status and company products' advantages and disadvantages compared to competitors in the market.To confirm objective need to achieve by combining SWOT analysis and future trends of data center.(2)According to objective need to achieve,have theoretical calculation to functional elements,have detailing theoretical analysis to heat exchanger,and confirm feasibility by CFD software.It can be put into demo production after confirming the feasibility.(3)Demo experiments,and summarized the experimental data to confirm the correctness of theoretical design.If fail to achieve the goal,then find the issue and Solutions through experimental data analysis and theoretical calculations process recall.(4)Summarize shortness of design to propose how to improvement,and look forward to future.
