Application Research On Civil Aircraft Aviation Spare Parts Storage Management

China's civil aviation industry has developed rapidly with China's economic reform and opening-depth development.Spare part management,the important support for the civil aviation,has directly affected the safe operation of civil aviation and cost control.To explore a cost-effective aviation spare part management is an important guarantee to promote the development of civil aviation.This paper try to establish spare part shared resource management of the major airlines for the case of redundancy spare part reserve in the airline through the analysis of current situation of the airline spare part inventory management based on the organizational structure,management strategies and operational methods of the civil aviation spare part management with the management model of centralized information control and distributed spare part stored way: for the precious spare part,the opportunistic replacement strategies should be setup to reduce cost pressure of spare part reserves.This paper verify the strategies and methods in this paper through the centralized spare part management system based on the actual operating condition of COMAC.This paper has some reference for the spare part management strategies and methods of COMAC.
