With the development of global automobile production technology,China has become the world's largest production and sales country of automobile.As the mainstay industry of our national economy,the competition between the various automobile companies is more intense.Based on the limited conditions of our technology,the joint venture company introduces global advanced technology by foreign parent company,so that local automobile company can keep pace with the world,the two parties work together to build up a relatively complete supply chain.The imported parts supply is the problem that all the joint venture automobile companies need to face,therefore the depth analysis and research on the risk of purchasing and supply imported parts is significant for the development of the automotive industry,which also takes a revelation effect on the industry.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and concept a of supplier chain risk management,then summarizes the characteristics and content of automobile manufacture,then focus on the import parts in automobile company and analyze on the particularity.By integrating the supply procedure of C automobile company,the thesis identifies the supply risk element,and then fixes the weight of each index,by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate and rank the index scores,thus establishes C automobile company imported parts supply risk evaluating system.Finally,through the evaluation and analysis of the results,it finds the supply risk control strategy,and proposes some methods to deal with from the author's perspective.
