Integrated Energy System,an effective approach to cope with energy crisis,not only offers large-scale integration of distributed energy,but also promotes efficiency of energy utilization.Nevertheless,complicated energy flows lead to differences in comprehensive evaluation of Integrated Energy System compared with traditional electricity network,requiring overall consideration of coupling among different networks.In order to evaluate plans accurately,the comprehensive evaluation of Integrated Energy System planning needs to be studied.Firstly,the energy flow and planning model of Integrated Energy System is studied in this article,based on its concept and characteristics.Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established from six aspects: security,reliability,economy,flexibility,environment and energy efficiency.The physical meanings,assessment models and calculation methods of these indices are explained in details.Afterwards,comprehensive evaluation method is proposed based on fuzzy mathematics: reducing indices according to correlation,normalizing indices by fuzzy membership function,grading plans by subjective and objective weighting methods,combining evaluation results by comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the method is applied to an actual case and certain conclusions are obtained.
