With the development of the time,the bridge structure is becoming more and more abundant,not only in the structure but also in the function of more diverse.While this development trend brings convenience to people's lives,it also has some troubles for the later maintenance and management of the structure.If the management is improper,there will even be damage and collapse of the bridge structure.Therefore,traditional manual monitoring techniques have been difficult to provide reliable information for structural safety assessment to ensure structural safety,applicability and durability.Under this realistic situation,further development of the health monitoring system of the bridge structure is an important direction to realize the safety of the bridge structure during operation.Based on the Wulipo Bridge project,this paper studied the health monitoring system and evaluation system of high-pier long-span continuous rigid-frame bridges,including the overall design of the monitoring system,the establishment of the monitoring system,and the variable-weight analysis and assessment method based on the measured data.Referring to the existing bridge health monitoring system,the monitoring system and evaluation software for Wulipo Bridge are designed.The main work in this paper is as follows:1)Based on the summary and analysis of the existing theoretical results of bridge health monitoring,the basic concepts and engineering significance of structural health monitoring were discussed comprehensively.2)The top-level and middle-level index weights in the analytic hierarchy method are determined.The assessment method of the stress and deflection of the main beam based on the grey relational analysis and its analysis steps are introduced.Finally,the evaluation of the dynamic characteristics of the structure is introduced.3)The overall design of the large bridge health monitoring system was introduced.The focus is on the overall design principles and design objectives,including the principle of goal and function,the principle of functional cost optimization,and the principles of systemicity and reliability.At the same time,the monitoring system monitoring system and the overall framework of the whole system and the running process are explained.For the Wulipo Bridge of Baohan Expressway,the sensor layout of its health monitoring system was optimized,and the specific installation and construction of the system and the software development of the health monitoring system of Wulipo Bridge were introduced.4)The health level of the Wulipo Bridge was evaluated,including the evaluation of static characteristics and the evaluation of dynamic characteristics,and the results of quantitative analysis were obtained.
