The using stage of low-tower bridges was concerned gradually, especially the alreadybuilt huge cable-stayed bridge, its health operation is directly related to the people’s life andproperty security. Therefore the information of bridge need access to operational as soon aspossible so that make repairs reinforcement decisions.This paper take the Mianxian Hanjiang Bridge health monitoring system for background.The main research contents are as follows:Elaborating the basic principles of AHP which based on the principle of variable weighttheory. Combined with structural features of Mianxian Hanjiang Bridge, using this method toestablish the hierarchical structure model of the bridge, and using the method of expertinvestigation to quantify the qualitative factors to determine the index weights, the indexweights was rationally allocation by the principle of variable weight theory, thus a completeset of scientific evaluation system was established.Described the Mianxian Hanjiang Bridge health monitoring system in detail. Includingthe function and layout programs of section sensor, information collection and remotetransceiver module, software for monitoring remote data. The monitoring system wasestablished which laid the foundation for the service state assessment data.Basic data pretreatment methods. The deviation of cable data was excluded by DateJump Method. Some errors caused by environment was removed by Date Curve SmoothingMethod. Some Removed the temperatures factors from stress date which errors caused bytemperature that affect stress data. After data preprocessing, the data for the assessmentwould be more reliable.Mianxian Hanjiang Bridge condition assessment. This paper take the Mianxian HanRiver Bridge health monitoring system for background. Analysis the factors of low-towercable-stayed bridge which included the girders, towers, cable force, ancillary facilities toevaluate the bridge service state, therefore the management could obtain reliable date for thedecision-making basis.Results of this article may provide a practical and reliable solutions to serve theevaluation system of Mianxian Han River Bridge. To provide an example for using anddevelopment of health monitoring and evaluation system.
