In recent years, with the deepening of urbanization in China, the urban area has been expanding and the urban population has grown rapidly. The contradiction between the demand for transportation and the lack of transportation facilities has become increasingly serious. The development of urban rail transit is the most effective way to solve this problem.Following the expansion of the city, the rail transit network plan is gradually extended to the urban suburbs and satellite towns.Passengers on such routes generally travel farther away, and the passenger flow space is unevenly distributed, connecting stations in the central city and satellite towns.Large, the intermediate station has a small amount of drop-off,and the conventional station parking can't be close to the passenger flow characteristics.Adopting the fast and slow car operation scheme, not only the slow car can meet the passengers with short distance and low time requirements, but also the travel time of the express train can save the travel time of long-distance passengers, solve the problem of uneven distribution of passenger flow, and improve the track. The efficiency of traffic operations and the improvement of service levels are of great significance. In this paper, according to whether the line has the condition of crossing the line, the speeding and slowing operation plan is divided into two categories: the crossed line and the no line.Considering the different travel time of passengers in the fast and slow workshops, the generalized cost function is established, and the probability of transferring passengers in the fast and slow workshops is calculated. Finally, based on the passengers' choice behavior, two passengers are saved with the maximum travel time relative to the station. The stop-station optimization model of the scheme was compared and analyzed.Firstly, from the four aspects of time analysis, spatial distribution, average distance and multiplication and drop distribution, the passenger flow conditions of fast and slow trains are analyzed. It is concluded that when the passenger flow space is unevenly distributed, the proportion of passengers traveling at a long distance is more, and the station rides and drops. When the distribution gap is large,it is suitable for the conclusion of driving fast and slow.According to the types of passengers getting on and off the station, they are divided into four categories.Based on the analysis of the efficiency of the affected vehicles, the selection model of the different types of passengers in the fast and slow workshops is established, which provides a basis for establishing the stoppage optimization model.By analyzing the composition of each type of passenger travel time, the optimization model of two types of fast and non-existing trains has been established, and the first and last station and transfer station express trains must be stopped, and the express trains will be overtaken. The temperament genetic algorithm was designed to solve the constraints caused by the slow delay and the minimum safety tracking interval. Finally, taking a certain city line of C city as an example, the optimal two types of stop-stopping schemes are determined according to the established model and solution scheme. The total time-saving and stop-stop time of the start-stop and stop-stopping schemes of the cross-border fast-moving car stop plan is saved by 47.95%.The overall saving rate was 0.53%,and the average speed of the express train increased by 20.97 km/h.The total stop time and stoppage time of the stop-and-go service was saved by 22.87%,and the overall travel time saved 3.49%.Increased by 6.62 km/h.
