Design And Research On Monitoring System Of Pure Electric Tracked Remote Control Hedge Trimmer

This paper is about the design and research of the monitoring system of the pure electric crawler remote control hedge trimmer.Compared with the existing hedge trimmer,the new energy is used for the first time as the system power,zero emission,low noise,environmental protection,and can work in harsh working environment,stable and safe,economical and efficient,and protect the environment.It can not only realize the cutting of the slope of the expressway,but also complete the cutting of the green vegetation on both sides of the freeway interchange and the gate,and solve the problems of complex structure and low cutting efficiency of the existing hedgerow trimmer.The monitoring system is mainly responsible for real-time collection and storage of hedge trimmer parameters,real-time monitoring of working status and fault alarm,and plays an important role in the process of hedge trimmer work.By analyzing the data stored in the monitoring system of hedge trimmer,we can better understand the situation of hedge trimmer,find out the potential problems in advance and analyze the faults.Firstly,the structure and working process of pure electric crawler remote control hedge trimmer are analyzed.On the premise of meeting the overall requirements of the monitoring system,the monitoring parameters of the hedge trimmer are mainly selected according to the selection principle of monitoring parameters.Then the overall design scheme of the monitoring system is determined,the vehicle controller and the main sensors are selected,the data acquisition and transmission scheme based on CAN bus is determined,and the hardware circuit of the monitoring system is designed.Then,according to the principle of software design of the monitoring system,the system software is designed on the development platform of Labview software.Through the design of the software block diagram,the sub-modules of the monitoring system are designed.Finally,by dividing the platform interface and realizing the monitoring function of the hedge trimmer monitoring system,the monitoring system of the hedge trimmer is designed and developed,which can display and store the parameters of the hedge trimmer in real time,monitor the working status of the hedge trimmer and realize the danger alarm,and provide help for the stable and efficient work of the hedge machine.Finally,through the test of the monitoring system,the test results showthat the monitoring system can work steadily,improve the stability and security of the hedge trimmer,and has good practical application value.
