| In this paper,the power transmission system of a new pure electric caterpillar remote control hedge trimmer is matched.Compared with the existing hedge trimmer,the pure electric drive hedge trimmer has the characteristics of low noise,convenient operation and pollution-free emission.When hedge trimmer is pruning the hedges near the expressway,the operator can stand in a safe place to control.This can improve the safety of staff and reduces the possibility of accidents.Based on the slope greening maintenance project of a highway,the layout scheme of the dual-motor independent driving structure of the pure electric caterpillar remote control hedge trimmer is determined,and the types of the main transmission elements of the pure electric hedge trimmer are determined.According to the corresponding matching rules,the calculation and selection of the transmission system elements are carried out,and the driving motor parameters,battery parameters and the main deceleration ratio are determined.The power drive strategy model of hedge trimmer is constructed by using the MATLAB/simulink.Aiming at the linear and turning motion of hedge trimmer,the power distribution scheme of motor is designed by using PI control and open loop control method.Finally,The power drive model is imported into the AVL Cruise.the relevant module parameters are modified in the AVL Cruise,and the whole power drive system model of the pure electric caterpillar remote control hedge trimmer is built.According to the pure electric hedge trimmer related simulation and self-built comprehensive conditions,the dynamic and economic simulation research is completed.The simulation results show that the power transmission system of the pure electric caterpillar remote control hedge trimmer matches reasonably and meets the design requirements,it provides the reference for the pure electric design of the hedge trimmer,and promotes the development of the hedge trimmer in the direction of pollution-free,environmental protection and green. |
