Pure electric bus has prominent advantages in the field of public transportation,which is supported by the national new energy vehicle policy.However,due to the poor energy quality ratio of power batteries and the limited space of power layout of pure electric bus,the single range of pure electric bus is obviously restricted.It is an important direction to study the power matching and regenerative braking energy recovery optimization of pure electric buses to improve the driving range.The constitution of power system of pure electric bus and characteristics of six kinds of drive system are analyzed,then the wheel edge distributed double motor drive system is choosed as the study model.Special characteristics of different power batteries and motors are analyzed,finally the lithium iron phosphate power battery and permanent magnet synchronous motor what are the most suitable for pure electric bus are choosed.According to the basic parameters and dynamic performance requirements of the bus,the key parameters of the power system,such as drive motor,power battery and so on,are calculated in kinematics theory and selected.Modules of main components are built in CRUISE software,and characteristics of the motor and the battery are collected based on the test bench,and the construction of the whole vehicle model is completed.Finally simulation calculation tasks of three power performance evaluation and two consumption economy assessment are established,The simulation value of each index obtained is compared with the vehicle performance target value,and the rationality of theoretical calculation and model selection of each part of the power system is verified.The control strategy of regenerative braking energy recovery is researched which is very important to improve range,and advantages and disadvantages of two control strategies of stacking and coordination are analyzed.Base on the coordinated control strategy,the fuzzy control strategy is completed which takes brake strength requirement,speed and SOC as the input,which takes regenerative braking allocation proportion as the output.Control strategy of vehicle models in Simulink is built,which contains fuzzy control strategy for regenerative braking energy recovery,then the Matlab DLL model is imported to the CRUISE vehicle model to realize the joint simulation.CCBC range test is completed,which is compared with the range of no fuzzy control strategy.Finally the effectiveness of the fuzzy control strategy for regenerative braking energy recovery is verified.
