Microwave integrated maintenance vehicle is a kind of road maintenance equipment with strong maneuverability and flexible operation.It uses microwave heating wall instead of traditional hot air and infrared heating wall to heat asphalt pavement,and cooperates with auxiliary box heating system to implement a series of disease repair construction process.Achieve pavement maintenance with low energy consumption,compact construction schedule and environmental friendliness.The auxiliary box of the microwave integrated maintenance vehicle couples the microwave into the resonant cavity through the antenna array to realize the heating of the asphalt mixture.The principle of heating the pavement with the microwave heating wall is the same,but the structure has great differences,and the sensitivity to the relevant influencing factors is different.In order to study the influence of the antenna array arrangement,the arrangement spacing and the material thickness in the auxiliary box on the heating effect of the asphalt mixture,this paper carried out the simulation research with the CST simulation platform.The modeling is reasonable and the objective analysis is obtained.The conclusions have certain reference value for improving the heating effect of the auxiliary box heating system.Firstly,the auxiliary box heating system was designed according to the construction requirements of road maintenance.Then the system simulation model was built with CST,and the rationality was verified by experiments.The distribution ratio of 80°C-160°C,the overall temperature average and the dispersion coefficient were selected as heating effects.Evaluation index;firstly,by separately changing the x-direction and y-direction arrangement spacing of the antenna array,the analysis results show that the heating effect of the auxiliary box is affected by the arrangement spacing,and the optimal arrangement of the antenna array is determined by group comparison.The heating effect of the antenna array arranged side by side and orthogonally arranged is simulated.The analysis results show that the heating effect of the former is better than the latter under certain conditions.Finally,the thickness of the asphalt mixture in the auxiliary box is reduced and the antenna array is simulated and analyzed.The temperature uniformity of the asphalt mixture heated during the orthogonal arrangement is improved,but the heating efficiency is lowered,and the temperature uniformity is significantly reduced when the steel sheets are arranged side by side,and the heating efficiency is also lowered under certain conditions.
