In recent years,with the breakthrough of computer technology,electronics and automation control technology.Electric drive technology has become one of the most potential research fields to solve environmental pollution and energy shortage.But the stability and reliability of the electric drive system of engineering machinery directly affect the quality requirements of the operation.Therefore,based on the existing technology,this paper builds an electric drive test platform of engineering machinery,and uses the test platform to test and analyze the performance of the electric drive system.The stability,reliability and control accuracy of the engineering machinery electric drive system under different load modes are studied by simulating the load sudden increase,sudden unloading,and continuous load increment and decrement of load encountered in construction machinery.This paper firstly collects and analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' application cases of electric drive systems on construction machinery,and the research status of electric drive test rigs to introduce the background and research significance of designing electric drive test rigs and performance analysis;Through detailed comparison and analysis of various electric drive systems,the overall layout plan of the electric drive bench is determined,and the power drive system is selected;then,the test system of the electric drive test bench is designed,including engine-generator test system design,dynamometer system design and electromagnetic anti-interference design;secondly,build a test bench and determine the simulation loading test plan for the performance analysis of the electric drive test bench;finally,Finally,the AC power dynamometer is used to simulate the loading of the electric drive system.Through the research and analysis of the response of the electric drive system during the sudden change of load,the stability,reliability and control accuracy of the electric drive engineering machinery under the sudden load are studied.In this paper,the engineering machinery electric drive test bench is designed,and the performance test of the electric drive test bench is carried out.By studying the stability and reliability test of the electric drive system during sudden load change,and it provides important guidance and reference value for the research and development of electric drive technology for engineering machinery applications.
