Analysis Of The Sled Dynamic Pitch Influence On Dummy Injury Based On Simulation

This article is on the basis of passive safety crash test,with in-depth understanding of the sled platform simulation test method and the evaluation method of occupant restraint system,starting from the crash safety regulations,the status of crash test and the requirements of enterprise safety performance development.This paper establishes a model of occupant restraint system for some vehicle models based on MADYMO software,and adds dynamic pitch conditions to the model to carry out dynamic analysis.And it will combine with the computer simulation of dynamics,imaging and multi-rigid body principle to analyze the test,so as to get the results of the impact of dynamic pitching of the platform on the dummy damage.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Introduce the research methods of vehicle crash test,understand the conventional sled simulation test method,master the evaluation rules of national standards and regulations for occupant protection,and understand the dummy structure and injury index.2)Using high-speed camera tracking software and piezoresistive accelerometers,angle and angular velocity sensors,to collect dynamic pitching motion data of some representative vehicle models in our company,as well as force and moment,displacement and acceleration data of each part of dummy,establish a database to analyze the processed data.3)Based on the principle of multi-rigid body and finite element method,and skillfully using MADYMO software,the simulation model of the restraint system of the corresponding vehicle type is established.The simulation of the pitching motion state of the model is consistent with that of the real vehicle,and the dummy damage value data are obtained.4)Establish the approximate static pitch angle to simulate the test with the existing sled simulation test equipment of our company.At the same time,the benchmarking test outline and the test scheme are formulated and designed.Collaborating with JinHeng Company,the only domestic sled system equipped with pitch function,the pitch test data of the corresponding vehicle type are collected.5)In order to analyze the effect of dynamic pitch on the injury of dummies,the results of the vehicle tests,simulation and sled simulation tests are benchmarked.
