The potential of the concrete industry is huge.As a new type of mixing equipment,the double vertical shaft vibration mixer has relatively few parameters matching and material applicability research,which hinders the industrial process of the double vertical shaft vibrating mixer.This paper introduces the research status of vibration mixing technology and vertical shaft vibration mixer,discusses the shortcomings of the existing mixing technology,describes and simulates the concrete mixing process,analyzes the vibration mixing mechanism and summarizes the influence factors of several vertical shaft vibration mixing.The test results provide a scientific reference for the industrialization of the double vertical shaft vibration mixer.The main research method in this paper is experimental research,in which the test is divided into parameter matching test and material adaptability test.The parameter matching test is to find the optimal mixing parameters of the test sample for the lean concrete,pumped concrete and high performance concrete by orthogonal test.The material adaptability test is to compare the value range of vibration mixing parameters corresponding to three types of concrete.The test results of the parameter matching test are as follows: the test sample has the best mixing effect on lean concrete under the condition of vibration intensity of 6,mixing linear velocity of 2.2 m/s and mixing time of 100s;Under the condition of vibration strength of 8,mixing linear velocity is 1.8m/s,mixing time of 90 s,the sample machine has the best mixing effect on pumped concrete.And when the test sample is high performance concrete with the vibration intensity of 8,the mixing linear velocity of 2.0 m/s and the mixing time of 90 s,the mixing effect is optimal.The test results of the material adaptability experiment are as follows: the test prototype has good adaptability to lean concrete,pumped concrete and high performance concrete.The adaptability of the test prototype to the three kinds of concrete materials is from high to low:Lean concrete,High performance concrete,Pumped concrete.
