With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban area continues to expand,and most of the pavements are covered by water-blocking materials such as concrete,resulting in a series of ecological environmental problems such as frequent guilt and “greenhouse effect”,while permeable concrete Because it solves the above problems,it has begun to play an increasingly important role in today’s cities.However,permeable concrete is favored by the unique properties of water permeable,and it is also limited by its low strength and difficult to be applied on a large scale.Therefore,how to improve its working performance has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,research on permeable concrete focuses on materials,mix ratios,etc.,and few people have explored from the perspective of changing the mixing method.In this paper,the influence of vibration mixing technology on the performance of permeable concrete is analyzed by analyzing the variation law of the performance of permeable concrete under vibration stirring.Firstly,the paper studies the mechanism of the performance of permeable concrete,and finds the factors affecting the performance of permeable concrete and then proposes the mechanism of vibration stirring on the permeable concrete.According to the characteristics of the permeable concrete,the appropriate preparation process is selected and the design of the mixture ratio is carried out.In the test phase,five vibration strengths were used,and a total of 20 different working conditions were used to test the effect of vibration stirring on the performance of the permeable concrete.The results of the study show that the vibration agitation can significantly improve the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the permeable concrete.With the increase of the vibration acceleration,it will increase first and then decrease.Although the working conditions are different,the compression resistance of the permeable concrete In terms of strength,the optimal vibration intensity range is basically the same.The experimental data shows that when the vibration acceleration reaches 4g,the improvement rate of ordinary stirring strength can reach 34.97%.Under the vibration stirring,the small particle size is used compared with the large particle size.The strength of the aggregate on the permeable concrete is obviously improved,but the vibration stirring is more effective in the permeable performance,and the peak has been reached when the vibration acceleration is increased to 2g;different mixing processes will also affect the performance of the permeable concrete.Under the action of vibration and agitation,the increase of the compressive strength of the cement-coated stone method is greater than that of the single-feeding method.The difference in water permeability is not much difference,so the cement-coated stone method is more suitable for the preparation of the permeable concrete mixing process;Under vibration intensity,the porosity is positively correlated with the permeability coefficient and negatively correlated with the compressive strength;vibration The effect of stirring on the performance of permeable concrete is obvious and the effect is stable.Compared with the method of material modification,it has obvious advantages and has obvious application and promotion value.
