Construction industry has complex relationship with structural reform,economic downturn and other factors,the profit margin of the construction industry has continued to decline,the number of new projects has significantly decreased,coupled with extensive production methods,low quality of personnel,serious environmental pollution and other issues,leading to the development of the construction industry is not optimistic.In this context,the assembly building ushered in an opportunity for development.Compared with the traditional building model,the assembly building has many advantages,such as short construction period,low energy,green environmental protection and so on.The state and governments at all levels have given a lot of support policies to the assembly building,and the industry is developing rapidly.However,due to the short development time of China's assembly building industry,the immaturity of relevant technical standards and technological means,the lack of advanced awareness in quality management of prefabricated components production units and construction units,and the neglect of the role of quality evaluation system,the quality level of assembly building is uneven.Therefore,it is of great practical value to discuss the quality and evaluation of assembled buildings and improve the quality management level of the participants in the construction of assembled buildings.It is not only the demand of the current large-scale development of assembled buildings,but also the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of the whole construction industry.Based on the life cycle theory,the quality level of assembly building is uneven.Therefore,it is of great practical value to discuss the quality and evaluation of assembled,including seven dimensions,such as pre-preparation,quality inspection,transportation,storage and assembly.At the same time,the Vague Set Theory,AHP Model and Fuzzy Analysis Model are used to calculate and analyze about an item.Relevant conclusions are drawn: firstly,the project quality inspection management level is the highest and tends to be excellent;secondly,the links of pre-preparation,manufacturing,assembly,construction,transportation and warehousing are in goodcondition,which shows that the empirical case projects are in good condition.The quality management level is relatively high,and the relevant participants have good quality management consciousness.In addition,after theoretical and practical analysis,this paper also puts forward four measures to enhance the quality management of assembly building.Mainly includes the establishment and improvement of building quality management system,upgrading the quality management level of different subjects,promoting the application of information and Internet of Things technology,and improving the supervision and tracking system.
