In the new century,high speed railway in our country has been developed rapidly and fully,and it has become one of the preferred way for people to travel,and more and more attention about the quality of the high-speed train from people is coming.As the core parts of high-speed train,the bogie is important guarantee that the train can operate safely?comfortably and stably at high speed,so improving the quality of bogie and study this problem are becoming more and more necessary.This paper has mainly studied the assembly process quality problems of bogie on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research results from assembly process quality problems of bogie.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The characteristics of bogie structure and assembly technology are studied,the connotation of the assembly process quality of bogie and the main factors affecting the assembly quality of bogie are analyzed and summarized.(2)The principle of the matching of the bogie parts and the main reasons for the quality of the matching process are studied and the optimization method of matching process quality parts assembly for bogie is came up with.This method establishes the optimization model of matching process quality parts assembly for bogie and it has quality loss function based on the theory of Taguchi's quality concepts,and matching precision measure function on account of the closed loop of assembly size chain and axle and hole coordinating precision.The key assembly quality characteristics of parts is distinguished through Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),the calculation is carried out for the goal of allocation of parts' quality loss allocation and matching precision,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is adopted to calculate this problem.This method improves the efficiency of parts matching and the matching process quality of bogie.(3)According to the characteristics of assembly process of bogie,the bogie assembly quality evaluation method is proposed,which is based on the theory and concept of ergonomics.This model aims at reducing the assembly workers' labor intensity and improving the quality of assembly quality and assembly efficiency of bogie.The evaluation model adopts the combination method of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,evaluation methods and principles are given.The assembly process of bogie was simulated by DELMIA software,so this model can effectively find unreasonable places in the process of bogie's assembly and improve assembly quality.(4)Assembly Quality Optimization and Evaluation Software of Assembly Process Quality of High Speed Train Bogie based on C/S architecture is developed by MATLAB GUI used as the development tools on the basis of the above theoretical study.the above method is implemented through MATLAB GUI programming,finally verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of them.
