Study On The Construction Of The Trail Of Guangzhou City Wall Heritage In Ming And Qing Dynasties

The protection of cultural heritage occupies an important position in the development of modern cities.Cultural heritage is the materialized embodiment of urban history and culture and the symbol of urban civilization.In the contemporary era of increasingly homogeneous urban development,historical culture plays an irreplaceable role in highlighting the cultural context of urban characteristics and enhancing the core competitiveness of cities.Therefore,the protection,inheritance and development of urban cultural heritage are irreplaceable.It has become an important topic in modern cities.Cultural heritage includes material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage.Material cultural heritage is vulnerable to destruction in urban construction because of its immovability,and the problems it faces are more prominent.From the perspective of the integrity of heritage protection,this paper takes the cultural relics and historic sites near Guangzhou city wall as the research object,draws lessons from the construction methods of international heritage trails,takes the remains of Guangzhou city wall as a link,connects the surrounding heritage resources,thus forming the overall protection and utilization of the city wall and cultural relics,and achieves the purpose of inheriting the city’s history and culture.The first and second chapters are the background and theoretical research of this paper.Chapter one puts forward the concept of heritage trail of Guangzhou city wall based on the current situation of the protection of historical and cultural heritage of Guangzhou city wall,and puts forward the way of constructing heritage trail to realize the integral protection of urban historical and cultural heritage.Chapter two reviews the origin of the concept of heritage trail and the relevant case practice at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant planning and design parties at home and abroad.On the basis of referring to the practical experience,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing Guangzhou City Wall Heritage Walk.The third chapter is about the recognition of heritage resources related to Guangzhou City Wall.This chapter combs the historical context of the development of Guangzhou city wall,analyses the cultural connotation of city wall and its relationship with urban space,and initially puts forward the planning structure of city wall heritage trail.Based on the historical evolution of city wall and the development of urban spatial structure,it summarizes the cultural connotation of city wall,and refines the planning structure of city wall heritage trail.Chapter Four evaluates the cultural heritage within and near the city wall,which serves as the basis for the construction of the trail of the city wall heritage.Combining the value constitution of material cultural heritage and the characteristics of trail of city wall heritage and the purpose of construction,the heritage value analysis and evaluation system is established,and the quantitative evaluation standard system is established.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 lay the foundation for the planning structure and heritage elements of Guangzhou City Wall Heritage Walk.The fifth chapter focuses on the planning and design strategy,interpretation strategy and implementation management strategy of the walled heritage trail.
