Design And Research Of Luggage Cloud Depository Service System Based On Service Design Concept

With the growth of national economy and the development of transportation,those products related travel service have become the current consumption hot spot of people’s auxiliary travel.At the same time,with the development of China’s transportation industry and the promotion of comprehensive national strength,People’s travel activities become more and more frequent,luggage carrying will bring great inconvenience and trouble to people’s travel,and greatly reduce the convenience and travel experience of users.This has become the majority of users of travel pain points and auxiliary travel services blind spots..Based on the above background,this study studies the design of storage service based on the concept of service design.From the point of view of service design,this paper tries to construct a systematic solution of luggage express transportation and temporary storage management,and construct a complete set of systematic service scheme.First of all,by launching the necessary theoretical research,understanding the development of service design at home and abroad and academic research overview,combining with the general situation of the development of existing storage services,This paper points out the development direction of the storage service and the necessity and feasibility of introducing the design concept of the service,then puts forward the concept of cloud storage service and its systematic solution,and analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the functional modules of the existing similar service system.Based on the concept of service design,this paper puts forward the design and research strategy of cloud storage service system,including "in-depth investigation of relevant cases to analyze the integration of service system functions","investigate relevant service roles and collate and refine the system role requirements","combs the role relationship and optimize the establishment of role portrait and system model"," Summary the design principle of system product facing design practice",based on the concept of service design.At the same time,the system service design method is put forward to standardize and innovate the system service design process and method,and executing it in practice.Then,through on-the-spot research,interviews and questionnaires to obtain the functional requirements of service stakeholders,and use the Kano model to analyze the attributes of user requirements and their priorities for the implementation and deployment of the service content to provide a reference,and build the target user,the staff and the back-office managers,The portraits of the three main roles are used to build a cloud hosting service system model and aservice blueprint to summarize the practice-oriented product design principles.Finally,through the E6 luggage cloud storage service system project to carry on the system design practice,combs and analyzes the user scene and the process in the service module with the service scene scenario script,and produces the module product prototype and the visual design.Then the project and product prototype are evaluated to verify the feasibility and design effectiveness.Based on the current situation of storage service in the market,this research studies the service mode of cloud storage service system based on user demand,optimizes the integration of service content,constructs and analyzes the role’s scene and service flow,and explores and expands the new development direction for the user’s travel service field,It also provides a design method and a reference case for optimizing cloud hosting service.
