| China’s human-land relationship with the basic connotation of ownership, use rights, management rights and survival dependence has always changed, and it is also closely related to social change, stability and development. This study focuses on changes in human-land relations after the reform and opening up.Through combing and summarizing relevant literatures, the relationship between human and land in this paper is summarized as the relationship between people and land based on survival dependence, labor power and rights control, involving resources, economy, society and environmental space..After the reform and opening up,due to the comprehensive impact of the level of social and economic development, agricultural modern farming techniques, land reform policies and the abolition of agricultural taxes, the dependence on human and land survival in rural areas in China has weakened, and the corresponding relationship between labor power and land has gradually separated. The decomposition of the relationship of rights and interests makes the development of human-land relationship show the overall change process of“ bundling-loose-independent-separation ”,accompanied by a drastic reduction in the number of rural population,an increase in urban construction land expansion, and diverse land use patterns. The phenomenon has brought about a series of village construction and development problems such as rural hollowing out, inefficient service facilities, destruction of environmental resources, and lag in economic development. At the same time, corresponding changes have also taken place in the layout of the village. For example, the village layout presents obvious features such as agglomeration of space construction, various types of land use,and rich functional organization.Based on the above basic understanding, combined with the current policy development background and the relationship between people and land, this paper focuses on the development of villages in Yicheng City,Hubei Province. It is hoped that through comprehensive and in-depth sample anatomy research,we will find the village environment construction under the influence of different human-land relationships. The development problem sums up the typical types of human-land relations and the corresponding laws of spatial environment influence, and explores the development strategy of village construction that is compatible with the change of human-land relationship.Through data collection and collation, combined with extensive field investigations and in-depth desk research work,it is found that there are obvious regional differences in the relationship between people and land in Yicheng:(1)The relationship between people and land in villages in the Central Plains is basically separated, and the land rights and interests are obviously decomposed. The land management basically realized internal circulation. The development of large-scale agricultural economy led to the weakening of the dependence of most local villagers on the survival of land. The income from working became the main source of economic income of the village population.(2)The villages in the mountainous and hilly areas of the east and the west were more The continuation of the traditional farming and farming management model, the degree of integrity of human and land rights is high, the degree of land transfer is low,and the external circulation is the main.As the survival of human beings is still relatively dependent, agricultural income is still the main source of income for life;(3)Villages directly affected by urbanization and development close to the city, the relationship between man and land is separated in labor, equity distribution and survival dependence. Most of the land is irrelevant,of which the land is mostly used for future urban construction and development land, and the population is mainly engaged in secondary or tertiary labor or other means of employment to obtain a source of survival.According to the above research,it is found that the villages in different regions have a typical classification, and they are divided into three types: human-land independence,human-land mosaic, and human-land separation. After analyzing and researching the village layout and construction problems under the land relationship model, according to the spatial shape adjustment, the land structure reshaping and the village layout optimization goal of the village function strengthening, the differential development of the villages of the three types of human-land relationship types is proposed respectively.Strategy and path:(1)The spatial construction of “human-land independent” villages in the central plains is relatively concentrated, the type of land is single, and the production and residence functions are stable. However, the overall layout has serious resource encroachment, and the land use layout is not conducive to the scale of land transfer.Farming, and inadequate service facilities. On the basis of actively developing large-scale agricultural production, such villages should implement a social space development strategy that is highly concentrated in the community, guide the compact and rational layout of production and living land, enhance the systemization of public service allocation support and improve service efficiency; The construction of “ human-land mosaic” type villages in the hilly areas of the east and the west is loose, the types of land use are different, and the functions of external services are obvious. The layout has problems such as broken ecological environment, incomplete layout of land use,and insufficient support of functional facilities. On the basis of advocating the development of characteristic planting, this kind of village guides the village space to moderately gather at the traffic corridor nodes, and at the same time coordinates the layout relationship between agricultural facility land, tourism service land and village residential land, and strengthens infrastructure construction and tourism.Facility support to improve the basic production and eco-tourism services of the village, and lay the foundation for the future sustainable development of green;(3)The spatial construction of the “separation of human and land”villages in urbanized areas is high, and the types of land use are complex and diverse.Comprehensive development of functions,at the same time, there are problems such as the lack of intensive layout of space construction, the lack of clear demarcation control in land use,and insufficient matching of facilities. For such villages, the intensive transformation of space should be promoted on the basis of developing comprehensive production and service capabilities. At the same time,by rationally arranging land use and improving the conditions of village transportation facilities,it can quickly integrate into urbanization, communityization and park production and life.Development pattern. |
