With the continuous improvement of China’s large and medium-sized urban rail transit network,the urban land use pattern tends to be mixed and diversified from a single structure,and the functions of rail transit stations have also been transformed from basic traffic and transportation functions to regional activity centers with commercial services,life services,administrative offices and other comprehensive functions.However,the lack of synchronization and coordination between rail transit construction and urban land development leads to the disconnection between the station and the surrounding land development.The role of rail transit in guiding the optimization of urban spatial structure is not obvious,and the comprehensive benefits and social benefits need to be improved.In order to promote the comprehensive development and sustainable development of the land around the stations,it is necessary to study the mixed degree of land use around the stations,guide the mixed development and reconstruction of the land around the stations,improve the track service efficiency,and provide theoretical support for the mixed use of land.In this paper,based on the POI(Point of Interest)data of Xi ’an,combined with the passenger flow data of Xi ’an rail transit,land use data,road network data,etc.,the focus is on how to explore the development impacts catchment area of the station by using the POI data.How to build a land use mixing degree model based on POI data,and explore the relationship between the passenger flow and the land use of various functional facilities,land use mixing degree and other influencing factors;How to evaluate the coordination degree of traffic and surrounding land use and put forward reasonable opinions on the layout of functional facilities around the station.In order to solve the above problems,this paper firstly sorts out and analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures on the research on the impact catchment area of rail transit stations and land use mixing degree,summarizes the research methods and achievements,analyzes the shortcomings of the current research,and gradually forms the research ideas of this paper.Secondly,according to the relationship between the area with high POI kernel density and the stations distribution,a method to identify the impacts catchment area of development around the stations based on POI density was proposed,and it was found that the POI density distributed as a power function with the increase of the distance from the stations.Then,an improved Shannon entropy method based on POI data was proposed to measure the diversity and equilibrium of land use mix around the stations.Based on this,a direct estimation model for the passenger flow of the stations was established.Then,the paper studies the relationship between the passenger flow and the land use of various functional facilities and the mixing degree of land use.From the spatial dimension,through the research of 87 stations in Xi ’an,it is found that: The correlation between the passenger flow and the commercial service land in different ranges is high.The correlation between the passenger flow and the commercial residential land,science,education and culture land and the administrative office land increases with the increase of the distance.The correlation between the passenger flow and the land use mix degree increases first and then decreases with the increase of the distance,and reaches the highest when the distance is 600 m.From the time dimension,and through the xi ’an rail transit line 2 issue of 17 stations in 2012 ~ 2019 study found that: the correlation of distributing land for passenger and commercial services has been high,and life and recreational land increased correlation change over time,the is mixed with the land use degree of correlation is not high,but changes with time,the correlation between increased gradually.Finally,based on the above research and the data envelopment analysis method,the stations are evaluated,and the countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the land layout around the stations are put forward. |
