The heat pipe has the advantages of high thermal conductivity,good isothermal property,long distance heat transfer and so on.Thermal conductivity of carbon fiber is a new material with high thermal conductivity,the thermal conductivity of the carbon fibers in the fiber direction can be more than copper,the maximum can reach 1000W/m·k,with excellent heat dissipation ability of the thermal conductivity and radiation.In this paper,the combination of heat pipe and carbon fiber is used to form a new type of heating technology,named heat pipe carbon fiber composite radiant heating technology.First of all,the thesis adopts copper water heat pipe,through the experiment research on temperature characteristics of heat pipe.The experimental results show that Under different working conditions the isothermal property of heat pipe is best and the average temperature and the minimum temperature difference when the evaporation section and the condensation section length ratio is 1:6.and then the thermal conductivity of carbon fiber and copper water heat pipe are connected by a winding way.Secondly,Under the condition that the heat source is 45?,60 × 40 cm2 room model floor was heated by heat pipe carbon fiber composite radiant heating technology.When the experiment reaches steady state,the average surface temperature of the heat pipe carbon fiber composite radiation surface is 28.8?,which is higher 6.2? than the average temperature of the heating surface of the heating pipe,and higher 0.9? than the average temperature of the heating surface of the heat pipe.As for the air temperature in the room model,the average air temperature of the heat pipe carbon fiber composite radiant is 22.6? in the room model,which is higher 3.8? than the average temperature of the air temperature of the heating pipe,and higher 2.3? than the average temperature of the airtemperature of the heat pipe.Finally,Study on the influence factors of heat pipe carbon fiber composite radiant heating.By changing the number and length of the heat pipe,the laying method of the carbon fiber and the thickness of the carbon fiber,It is concluded that the number and length of heat pipe are the main factors that affect the temperature of each measuring point,The more the heat pipe,the larger the length,the higher the temperature of each measuring point;The most important factors that affect the temperature distribution of each measuring point are the laying method and the thickness of the carbon fiber.The experimental results show that the larger the contact area between the thermal conductive carbon fiber and the heat pipe,the greater the thickness of the carbon fiber itself,the more uniform the temperature distribution of each measuring point.
