Nowadays,geotechnical engineering plays an important role in the construction of urban construction,mineral excavation,road tunnels,etc.The excavation equipment is widely used in geotechnical engineering because of its good rock breaking effect,and the excavation tool is used as geotechnical soil.The key cutting parts and wearing parts of the tunneling equipment in the project play an important role.In geotechnical engineering,the roadheader and the tunnel boring machine are currently used more frequently in the excavation equipment.The corresponding excavation tools are mainly conical picks and disc hobs.Different excavation equipments use different excavations tool in different rock formations.The boring tool are subject to constant changes in the geotechnical load,which makes the boring tool have problems such as low rock breaking efficiency and increased wear and tear.To solve these problems,this article refers to the reading of many domestic and foreign experts and scholars as well as the engineering personnel's data and practical experience articles,based on the understanding and analysis of the two tools rock breaking mechanism and structural parameters,using Solid Works software to establish the conical pick,the hobbing hob and the geotechnical model.this models are used to analyze the finite element analysis of the rock and soil by ABAQUS software.The three types of geotechnical,such as mudstone,coal and sandstone are mechanical analysis and cutting amount analysis at 30°,40°,50°,60°,and the reasonable installation angle range of the conical picks under these geotechnical conditions was obtained;And in mudstone,coal,unsound sandstone,general sandstone,very strong sandstone The mechanical analysis and cutting amount analysis of the disc hob were also carried out under these five geotechnical conditions.At the same time,the stress cloud diagrams of the conical pick and disk hob under five geotechnical conditions are analyzed to infer the crack range of the two tools under each geotechnical condition.Finally,considering thecrack range,the force of the tool and the amount of cutting,it is found that the choice of the conical pick or the disc-shaped hob and the two can be used in the geotechnical with different hardness.Through the research and analysis of the above contents,this paper provides a certain reference value and theoretical basis for further rational selection of tools,accurate installation of tools and improvement of tool life.
