With the advent of the era of science and technology,the application of large-scale special machinery equipment is gradually widespread.As a large-scale special equipment,crane safety,reliability and life directly affect whether accidents will occur.Crawler crane boom structure as the main bearing part,its reliability determines the safety performance and life of the whole machine.Although the traditional probabilistic reliability can more accurately calculate the reliability of crane during its life,it is difficult to measure some data in the actual process,and there are uncertainties in the boom structure,which are random,so the traditional reliability alone can not be well adapted to the actual situation.In this paper,the non-probabilistic model of convex model is established by analyzing uncertainties and considering the reliability varying with time.Firstly,the generalized infinite norm model,which is a representative convex model,is constructed by using the non-probabilistic reliability theory of convex model.The non-probabilistic reliability index is defined by the model,and then the uncertain parameters affecting the non-probabilistic reliability of boom structure are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of convex model,the non-probabilistic function is substituted into the non-probabilistic reliability index to calculate the non-probabilistic reliability of the strength,stiffness and stability of the boom structure.Finally,the time-varying reliability index is calculated by adding structural resistance and load resistance.In this paper,with the help of VC++ 6.0 software and C language,the mechanical model of crawler crane boom structure is established firstly,and the non-probabilistic reliability index mathematical model of static and time-varying strength,stiffness and stability is established by combining the structural parameters of the boom,and then the reliability index is changed by changing the variables.It is proved that the time-varying non-probabilistic reliability index of crawler crane boom structure based on convex model is greater than 1 throughengineering example verification,which shows the feasibility of this method.This study provides a more rigorous new idea for the reliability study of crawler crane boom structure considering time-varying,and also provides some reference value for the reliability analysis of special equipment.
