The crane enjoying the "giant arm" plays an important role in the development of our national economy.Bridge crane has the advantages of simple structure,convenient equipment maintenance,easy operation and so on.It has been widely used in major projects.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of major crane accidents has caused the engineering community to pay more and more attention to its safety and reliability.The main beam of bridge machine accounts for about 70% of the weight of the metal structure of the whole machine and is one of the main bearing components of the bridge machine.Its reliability plays a crucial role in the safety of the whole machine.In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,it is of great practical significance to study the reliability of bridge girder structure.Considering that the crane has the characteristics of complex structure and high construction cost,it is difficult to decide the data collection of the uncertain parameters.Therefore,based on the convex model theory with limited test data,the uncertainty of the reliability of the main beam structure is determined Parameter,the limit state function of the main girder structure is determined by the allowable stress method,and a non-probabilistic reliability analysis method of the main girder structure of the bridge crane is established finally,and the influence of random variables such as load and material properties on the strength and stiffness of the main girder structure of the bridge crane is considered.In view of the fact that relevant scholars have studied the main beam structure of bridge crane based on the interval model and the ellipsoidal model for the purpose of comparative analysis,therefore,this paper mainly constructs the uncertainty domain based on the parallelepiped model convex method and uses the standard space.The shortest distance from the origin of the middle coordinate to the failure surface is used to measure the reliability of the main beam structure of the bridge crane and compared with the ellipsoid model.The analysis results show that compared with other convex models,the non-probabilistic reliability analysis of main girder of bridge crane based on the parallelepiped model is more reasonable,study the target reliability index is more than 1,crane girder can meet the requirements of use.It provides a new idea for the crane to ensure its safety and reliability in the process of structural design and construction.This is also the significance of this study.In addition,the expansion reliability of structural reliability with the change of the weight under different lifting capacity and the influence of the correlation coefficient on the reliability of the structure are also explored.Therefore,this method has distinct theoretical significance and a certain engineering value.
