Study On Cost Management In The Implementation Of Xinjiang Aiding Project

In order to speed up the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020 and promoting the leap-forward development and long-term stability of Xinjiang,China is making every effort to implement the national strategy of Counterpart Assistance to Xinjiang.Especially in the new round of Counterpart Assistance to Xinjiang,Hangzhou City,Aksu City,has carried out many major projects of assistance to Xinjiang.In this process,the implementation process of the project of assistance to Xinjiang is carried out.It is of great significance to study the management and control of Engineering cost.In this paper,through literature review,field research and theoretical analysis,the practical problems of project cost management in Hangzhou during the implementation of Xinjiang Aid Project in Aksu City are studied.Specific research work is as follows:(1)Taking the aid projects in Xinjiang as the main body and the actual projects as the research object,the paper studies the influencing factors of the cost management of the aid projects in Xinjiang by using the analytic hierarchy process.Using expert interview method to determine the main factors affecting the cost management of projects in Xinjiang,using expert scoring method to determine the weight of factors affecting the cost management of projects in various stages of project implementation,calculating the impact degree of each factor through analytic hierarchy process and ranking,thus obtaining the order of the impact degree of each stage on the cost management of projects in Xinjiang.(2)In view of the implementation stages of the project,this paper puts forward the cost management measures of the project in Xinjiang,including the early decision-making stage,the design stage,the construction stage and the completion and acceptance stage,to provide reference for the cost management of other projects in Xinjiang.
