Combining YanXiang Beijing hotel reconstruction project engineering structure,construction characteristics,etc.[1],the adjacent to the structure of deep foundation pit monitoring technology,strength of concrete structure three dimensional simulation of curtain wall construction technology,construction technology,the unit cell size adjustable lift shaft operation platform,the paddle unloading platform and load monitoring system,sand geological study of local precipitation technology of deep foundation pits.(1)Key technologies in deep foundation pit detection based on distance micro-displacement measurement[2].The on-line non-contact measurement of remote micro-displacement is realized by using visual measurement technology and infrared laser illumination technology.On the premise of clarifying the design requirements of the system,complete the equipment selection,system establishment and debugging.On the experimental system built,the research of key technologies in each stage is completed,and the system is coordinated after implementation to form a prototype system.Through sign point design,research on the influence of solar temperature change,image analysis and wireless sensor network construction,establish a database,collect,analyze and monitor deformation data,to achieve constant monitoring.(2)Key technologies for three-dimensional simulation construction of rigid concrete structures[3].This technology focuses on using Tekla Structures software to model the steel reinforcement and steel Structures at the joints of curved beams and inclined columns[4].Hold special seminars,formulate detailed solutions to various problems,and assign responsibility to people;Arrange 5 steel structure deepening designers,3 civil engineers and2 structural designers of the design unit to jointly complete the modeling and problem solving of the rigid structure.Before the construction of the project,the deepening work of the steel structure and the arrangement of the rebar in the main structure are completed.(3)Key technologies of unit body curtain wall construction[5].From the design,processing,transportation,installation and other aspects of the unit body curtain wall to carry out in-depth exploration.By referring to the previous construction data and combining with the actual situation of the project site,the practice of each node of curtain wall installation(pre-embedding of slotted embedded parts and waterproofing treatment at positive and negative zero points)is optimized.(4)Elevator shaft operating platform with adjustable size.Through field visits and reference to relevant literature,the practice of elevator shaft operation platform was optimized on the basis of referring to the previous mature practices.Through theoretical calculation to determine the form of the platform support,after discussion and research with the field construction personnel,the final realization of the platform size adjustable purpose.In order to ensure that the designed operating platform is more practical,the model of this operating platform model is made by scaling.Finally,this operation platform can be applied to all kinds of floor heights and hole sizes,with convenient construction and simple protection[6].(5)Self-climbing unloading platform and load monitoring technology.By referring to the adhesion principle of the integrated frame[7],the size and bearing capacity of the unloading platform are determined through theoretical calculation.Using the climbing principle of the integrated frame,an independent climbing system is established for the unloading platform,and the independent climbing of the unloading platform is realized.In addition,according to the principle of automobile loadometer,an overload alarm device[8]is installed,so that the high-sensitive sensor can accurately measure the load and avoid safety accidents.(6)Local dewatering technology for deep foundation pit of sandy soil geology.Through field investigation and referring to previous successful engineering cases,measures such as adding dewatering well,open ditch drainage and making simple water collecting device were taken successively to solve the problem of local dewatering in deep foundation pit of sandy soil geology.
