The power of train operation comes from the traction system.With the continuous improvement of life,people pay more and more attention to train safety and comfort,which requires more optimization of train traction control system,so that the train is stable and safe during starting and braking,and improve the comfort of riding.During the commissioning process of the Zhengzhou Metro Line 2 train,there were speed limit and speed fluctuations in the speed limit mode,which affected the safety and comfort of the train operation.The author conducted an in-depth investigation of the traction system used in the trains of Zhengzhou Metro Line 2 and consulted a large amount of data,and made a detailed study and discussion on the above problems.Firstly,the paper studies and analyzes the main control methods of the traction system,statistics and screens the technical parameters of the main control methods,and refers to the relevant standards.On this basis,a more reasonable control scheme selection is proposed.Through theoretical discussion,the scene on the scene reappears,the train traction data is collected in real time during the trial run,the traction control curve is analyzed,and the logic control software of the VCMe and DCU of the train is optimized according to the characteristics under special working conditions.The closed-loop control of the train traction control fundamentally solves the problem of the following vehicle speed fluctuations under special working conditions.After the test line and the main line test run verification,the following problems of vehicle speed fluctuations under special working conditions are effectively solved.The research results are of great significance for the determination of the traction control scheme under the train speed limit mode.
