Insulation performance is an important index to judge the normal operation of electrical equipment in substation,and if there are faults such as insulation leakage,it will have different degrees of influence on the equipment.Electrical equipment insulation on-line monitoring system can monitor the insulation parameters of equipment in real time,prejudge the operation status of equipment in advance,so as to decide whether to implement state maintenance,to avoid equipment insulation leakage and other faults.Insulation on-line monitoring system involves many technologies such as signal sensing and processing,this paper analyzes the on-line monitoring method of insulation,leakage current detection scheme,compensated zero flux current sensor,studies the dielectric loss algorithm,and uses Hanning window to improve the harmonic analysis method,which can reduce the "spectrum leakage" and "fence effect" well.In this paper,the overall structure of the insulation on-line monitoring system is studied,a distributed capacitive equipment insulation monitoring system based on DSP controller and special ADC converter is developed,the hardware and software research and development of the insulation monitoring terminal is completed,and the anti-jamming measures of each part of the circuit system and hardware are designed.The main program of monitoring terminal lower computer system and the program design of signal sampling,data processing and communication interrupt are completed.After debugging and measuring data analysis of the system installed in a substation,the insulation on-line monitoring system designed in this paper can reliably monitor the insulation state of capacitive equipment,and the measurement accuracy is high,which can meet the design requirements. |
