With the implementation of reform and opening up and the continuous progres s of the Belt and Road Initiative policy,China's economy is steadily rising in the cond ition of the word's economic downturn,the national standard of living is improvin g.The continuous popularization of mechanization and automation,as well as the con tinuous advancement of intelligent production and intelligent manufacturing,make th e power system are more and more dependented for the national economy.In substati on,the insulation aging of equipment is the most common problem,The characteristi cs of electrical insulation and aging of equipment are qualitatively analyzedof and th e method of maintenance for equipment at intervals has been used in the past.With th e computer technology is being continuous upgraded and the Sensor technology fiel d is being breached.Online technologies are mentioned,the corresponding product ha s been born,and have been used on monitoring equipment in substations in various fie lds.There are many types of content equipment in substation,and the quantity is mor e than other equipments,which makes it occupy the majority of equipments in substat ion.The dielectric loss factor tan delta is one of the important factors to measure the i nsulation aging of capacitive equipment.Therefore,if it can be accurately obtained,t he insulation of the equipment can be evaluated well.In this paper,the on-line monito ring method of dielectric loss factor,data filtering and calculation of dielectric loss ar e discussed,and the acquisition of voltage signals and the acquisition of current scree n signals are studied.Finally,a monitoring device is designed to measure the dielectri c loss factor of capacitive equipment accurately.ARM Cortex M3 chip is selected fo r monitoring terminal core processor CPU,and its rich peripherals and fast processin g speed can be very good to achieve signal acquisition and processing.The collecte d voltage and current signals are further processed by the signal processing unit throu gh the signal of the sensor itself,and finally data sampling is carried out through high-speed A/D.Device communication mode supports two types of communication,the f irst design is wireless transmission,the collected data through the GPRS wireless dat a transmission mode with the background server data and instructions interaction.Th e other can be transmitted by live wired mode,using RS485 wired transmission,support Modebus protocol,according to the actual needs of users to choose.In the signal s ynchronous sampling trigger,the system uses GPS synchronous time trigger unit to e nsure that the voltage and current are collected at the same time point.Considering th ere is a certain relationship between the monitoring data and the field environment,es pecially in the analysis of the fault data,the temperature and humidity is one of the in fluencing factors,the temperature and humidity sampling unit are increased in the sys tem,the high precision and low power consumption temperature humidity sensor ar e used.Finally,through the establishment of system testing platform,the rationality o f the design is verified.
