As an important component of braking force transmission,electronic booster affects the braking safety of whole vehicle.At present,domestic automobile manufacturers have backward testing methods for the synthetical performance of electronic boosters,and the testing devices are relatively simple,which can not guarantee the accuracy of the testing results.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an automatic testing system for electronic booster synthetical performance.The research includes:(1)The paper learned about the mechanical structure and working principle of the vacuum booster and the electronic booster,refered to the automotive industry standards of vacuum booster testing requirements and methods,defined the test items of synthetical performance test system,and designed the scheme of the electronic booster synthetical performance test.(2)According to the system detection scheme,the hardware modules were designed and realized,including cylinder loading module,measurement and control pipeline module,data acquisition and control module.The hardware platform of the system was built and debugged.Based on LabVIEW programming environment,the software part of the system was designed,which provided man-machine interface,realized automatic operations such as multiple oil injection,data acquisition and motion control,completed the performance test of input and output performance,hydraulic empty stroke,pressure relief time and so on.(3)The system used the ADRC control algorithm to control the cylinder loading motion,effectively shortened the cylinder acceleration time,and carried on the modeling and simulation to the ADRC control system under the Matlab/Simulink simulation software environment,which can realize the small displacement and high speed electric cylinder loading.When the target speed is 200mm/s,the acceleration time of the cylinder can be reduced by 0.2 s,which can meet the demand of high speed loading of the system cylinder.(4)The system selected a certain electronic booster product to test for many times,recorded the test curve and test data,analyzed the test results,evaluated the measurement uncertainty of the system according to the evaluation and representation of the uncertainty of measurement.The uncertainty of cut-in power,boost ratio and runout point hydraulic pressure is 2.96 N,0.15,0.66 bar,which can meet the requirement of repeatability of system detection.
