With the increasingly severe global energy crisis and environmental pollution,traditional fuel engines are no longer able to meet people's expected needs.New energy vehicles have become the focus of the development of the automotive industry,and hydrogen fuel engines have received more and more attention due to their good performance and potential value.Although hydrogen is a clean energy source,its special physical and chemical properties make hydrogen fuel engines also face problems such as abnormal combustion and excessive NO_x emissions.The exhaust gas recirculation system(EGR)can effectively reduce the generation of NO_x and reduce the knocking phenomenon of hydrogen fueled engines.This paper mainly researches the EGR system of hydrogen fueled engine from electronic control technology and experimental verification.This article is mainly aimed at the high NO_x emissions of hydrogen fuel engines,and proposes to add an EGR electronic control system for hydrogen fuel engines.The overall design scheme of the EGR system for the hydrogen fuel engine was determined,and the overall structure design of the EGR was completed by modifying the JH600 engine test bench.In terms of the hardware of the electronic control system,an electronic control unit was designed including a power conditioning module,a computing module,a data acquisition module,and a data output module.And designed and developed the hydrogen engine control circuit board,and completed the soldering of the circuit board.In the control software part,a modular design was adopted,and an EGR control program including a logic control module and a drive control module was written to implement the control of the EGR system.In addition,an exhaust gas recirculation control module was added to the hydrogen engine monitoring system of the LabVIEW software development platform to realize the data exchange between the ECU and the upper computer.In order to reduce the effect of EGR due to the blockage of the intake port,a multiple injection strategy for hydrogen fueled engines was proposed.Under different speeds and load conditions,the effects of multiple injections of hydrogen injection and the EGR system on engine emissions and combustion performance were studied.The tests show that the EGR electronic control module of the hydrogen engine can work stably and meet the expected design requirements.After the multiple injection mode is coupled with the EGR system,the effect of reducing NO_x emissions under a single load is more significant under different loads,especially under high load conditions.In terms of engine combustion performance,as the EGR rate increases,the maximum pressure value of the in-cylinder engine shows a downward trend,and it is more affected under low load conditions.
