| The insulation system is a collection of all electrical insulation materials in an electrical device.Since the selected insulating materials may have an influence on each other,or during long-term use,the materials reflect each other and release corrosive gases and so on..At present,the rapid development of insulation materials is affecting the speed of replacement of transformers,such as motors and other products.Therefore,there is a need for a test method that can verify the service life of a newly developed product during the development phase,and the impact on the service life of the electrical device after using the new electrical insulating material.The insulation system test platform judges the compatibility of the insulation materials in the insulation system with each other,then calculates the test results to finally determine the impact of the new materials on the service life of the products.It has far-reaching significance for the development of transformers,motors and other equipment manufacturing industries and terminal application industries.The low voltage transformer insulation system is used to replace the insulation paper,and a new insulation system is formed as a research object in this dissertation,and the insulation system test platform is used for experimental research.The insulating system platform mainly includes a test system for simulating actual use conditions and rapid aging conditions;a voltage test system for judging the failure of test samples;and a data analysis system for analyzing test results;the specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,the insulating material used in the insulation system to be studied is made into a general open test model.Secondly,simulate the environmental conditions of the transformer products in the actual use process,build a conditional test system,and use the mature condition test equipment to carry out simulation tests,including vibration test,moisture test,low temperature test and aging test.Thirdly,the voltage test system is built.After the test sample is tested by the conditional test system,the voltage test is used to verify whether the test sample has failed.Finally,using the least squares method and the Arrhenius activation energy formula,based on the LabVIEW programming language,establish a data analysis system,calculate the average failure time of the test sample,and then calculate the failure time and the original failure data for calculation,and determine the service life.The experimental study shows that after replacing the insulation paper in the original insulation system,the aging test is carried out at the same temperature as the original insulation system,and the average failure time is reduced from 917 hours to 656 hours.However,the new data is 656 hours in line with the linear relationship of the original insulation system.Therefore,the new insulation system formed by YT510 insulation paper is used to replace Nomex410 insulation paper,can match the service life of the original products. |
