Research On Planning Strategy Of Binhu New City

The new town research in China is relatively late in the developed countries and regions in the world.Although a large number of new towns have been built in recent years,there are many problems;such as blind expansion,and few successful cases.Especially for the new town development in the waterfront(Lake)area,due to the lack of perfect theoretical support and excessive pursuit of the economy,it is easy to produce the thought of light and light safety,the middle Bureau light whole;the heavy profit and light public welfare,the light inheritance of heavy beauty and so on,which leads to the serious damage of the ecological environment.Around the lake,the layout of functions is unreasonable and so on.Therefore,in the process of urban development,it is urgent to explore the construction mode of Binhu new town which meets the local development conditions,and guide the rational planning and development of the surrounding lake area.In view of the current situation of new town construction in China,this paper puts forward the planning concept of green,open and shared,in order to meet the public needs of public service as a starting point,to create a new city with high quality.This paper first interprets the social and policy background of the new town construction,grasp the policy of the state and local government,ensure the correct direction of the new town construction,understand the social hot spot and the needs of the people's livelihood,and make the new town planning on the basis of the people.Secondly,it explains the academic concepts of new towns and urbanization,and clarified the terminology used in this article.The general theory and characteristic theory related to urban planning and construction are summarized,and the theoretical foundation of new town construction is summarized.Through the study of the practical course of new town construction at home and abroad,the contents of its planning,development,space evolution and construction mode are analyzed,and the problems in the development process are found out.To avoid or prevent,learn from its advanced ideas and methods of building a city,and integrate it into the construction of new towns.Thirdly,the general situation of Shenyang and the specific status of the Dingxiang Lake area are analyzed and studied in detail,and the problems existing in the current construction are found,the resource base of the follow-up development is found,and the case analysis is used to study the development and construction ideas and methods of the new town under the similar development conditions.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical research and the case reference,the policy is guided,the problem is oriented,the development orientation and the overall goal of the new town of Dingxiang lake are clearly defined,and the practical planning strategies and suggestions are formulated for the functional orientation and specific targets,so as to effectively guide the planning and construction of Shenyang city of Dingxiang lake.
