| Eco-town is a historical product of human social development, it is closely correlated with global energy crisis, ecological crisis and urban ecological problems. Eco-town is regarded as a blueprint to achieve sustainable human development. However, city is a kind of ecosystem which is dominated by human. It is a giant complex system which relates to a lot of fields such as society, culture, economy, history, ecology and so on. Therefore, the construction of Eco-town need numerous scholars to research, exploration and innovation from different subjects, to achieve urban ecologicalization. On the other hand, there need a comprehensive and effective way to promote the construction of Eco-town orderly.In this paper, based on the ecological urban theory and construction, and taked Beitun city in Xinjiang as an example to analyze and evaluate the problem of city ecological system by means of quantitative and qualitative. And puts forward the corresponding strategies of ecological urban construction through the way of planning control. Main conclusions are as follows:(1) Eco-town is urban ecosystems of harmonious human-land, it is the win-win of economic, social and nature in urban ecosystem, and it is a blueprint the development of urban ecosystem. Eco-town is guided by the ecological principle and systems engineering method, it use the way of planning control to improve the net, chain and elements of the ecological system. Thereby, to build a human settlement which accords with the ecological law.(2) Evaluation and diagnosis of city ecological system mainly use the method of quantitative and qualitative to analyze the composition, operation mechanism and coordination degree of the system. Then, we can find the main problems of the development of urban ecological system. Qualitative analysis is read the characteristics and problems of current development of city ecological system by Observing and analyzing. Quantitative analysis is to establish a set of scientific, reasonable evaluation index system, and using the mathematical model synthetically to determine the degree of ecological urban ecosystem.(3) The construction of Eco-town based on the planning control analyses the ingredients of Eco-town system and their interrelationship from macro (area), middle (city) and micro (perspective), puts forward the corresponding control strategy, and builds a security system construction to promote the development of Eco-town construction. |
