Study On The Overall Planning Of Yangluo New Town

In recent years,China's international status has been improving day by day.On the one hand,economic globalization has continuously promoted China's economic development.On the other hand,China has actively sought a stable and high-speed economic development model,and promoted urbanization through overall planning and policy tilt.The deepening of the process has made the urban and rural development pattern increasingly complicated.Wuhan has unique conditions.In line with the country's development policy,Wuhan will leverage the national two-horizontal and vertical-network waterway construction plan to promote the capacity of the Yangtze River channel,and Yangluo is the eastern bridgehead of Wuhan,the only middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The deep water port has an important role in the construction of the Yangtze River Wuhan section.Therefore,the overall planning of Yangluo New City is crucial to the development of Yangluo.Through reviewing the general situation of Yangluo New Town planning,this paper reviews the planning process and contents of Yangluo New Town in detail,and uses SWOT analysis method to discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Yangluo New Town's master plan,and proposes to further improve Yangluo New City.The recommendations of the master plan are intended to guide the development of the Yanglu from the macro and micro levels.In addition,studying the current status and problems of urban and rural overall planning of Yanglu not only meets the requirements of the times,but also provides reference for the planning and construction of similar towns.
