Polythylene(PE)gas pipeline has been widely used in gas transportation because of its good mechanical property,anti-seismic property,corrosion resistance and excellent economy.This paper applies the risk management theory in the field of safety engineering and the modern comprehensive evaluation theory in the field of management to study the risk assessment method of urban gas PE pipe.The research results have important theoretical significance and application value for the risk assessment and safe operation of PE pipe network of urban gas operating enterprises.It is difficult to avoid the occurrence of PE gas pipeline accidents in cities,which not only involves the safety of pipeline transmission and distribution system,but also seriously affects local personal safety,social environment and development.At present,there is still a lack of systematic risk analysis,evaluation and management technology and experience for urban PE gas pipeline transmission and distribution system.Therefore,it has become an increasingly concerned issue in China to reasonably and systematically evaluate the risk of urban PE gas pipelines to effectively reduce the probability of accident occurrence or to control the accident consequences to the maximum extent.This paper mainly studies the risk assessment method of urban gas PE pipe,and creatively establishes the semi-quantitative risk assessment system of gas PE pipe.According to the characteristics of buried PE pipeline,the risk management theory and modern comprehensive evaluation theory are combined to determine the index system and establish the risk assessment model.Each assessment unit divided is scored according to the risk assessment model,and the risk ranking of pipeline risk degree is obtained.This paper introduces the characteristics of PE pipeline and related contents of risk management of pipeline network.Through the statistical analysis of urban gas pipe network accidents,the causes of PE gas pipeline accidents were found out,and the possible factors of pipeline accidents were determined.According to the risk management theory in the field of safety engineering,the safety checklist analysis method,expert evaluation method and pipeline index grading method are used to establish the index system to evaluate the possibility of accidents.According to the modern comprehensive evaluation theory in the management field,five commonly used modern comprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed and compared,and the index weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.The scope and degree of possible influence of pipeline accident are analyzed,and various indexes of pipeline accident consequence are determined.Therefore,a complete semi-quantitative risk evaluation system for gas PE pipe is established.In the research process of this subject,I had the honor to participate in the risk assessment of part PE pipe of Benxi liao you xin shi dai gas co.,LTD.,so that this model can be applied and perfected in practice.
