| For the current parallel engineering-based manufacturability analysis work,there are many repetitive tasks,complicated inspection procedures,and chaotic management results,researching on the manufacturability analysis system for automotive sheet metal parts,aiming to develop system functions that assist manufacturability analysts in the manufacturability analysis of automotive sheet metal parts.The specific research contents can be summarized as follows:1)Learning and mastering the CATIA secondary development technology,and using this technology to combine project-related knowledge to complete project development.2)Researching the methods of spatial region analysis,interference analysis,dynamic gap and interference analysis,based on software,to make preparation for the manufacturability analysis of data models.3)Studying the method of extracting the boundary topology information based on model,and extracting the boundary information of parts in digital model.The boundary information is used to automatically identify the spherical solder joints and the square weld nuts.The algorithm for automatically calculating the space gap of the weld nut and the welding gun space is completed.Task and mark the unqualified area.4)Obtaining the pose matrix before the adjustment of the model parts,and adjusting the structure of the parts that need to be moved,so that the position information of the parts before and after the adjustment of the model structure is consistent,and the preprocessing of the model data is completed to enable simulation analysis.5)Researching the virtual prototype technology based on computer software,and establishing a suitable vehicle opening and closing motion model.Under the virtual environment,simulate the real movement of the vehicle opening and closing parts,verify the gap distribution and interference of the front and rear cover and door switch process of the car;The disassembly and assembly process of the door hinge verifies the rationality of the hinge design;the simulated side wall and other parts of the sheet metal parts are simulated and assembled according to the upper part process sequence,and the interference of other parts during the movement of the upper part is checked.6)Testing the functionality of the system to verify the stability of the system.A large number of system test cases are given to verify the reliability of the system. |
