With the development of optoelectronic precision measurement and digital assembly technology,virtual assembly technology is increasingly used in the assembly and production of aircraft parts.Interference detection and assembly optimization are important parts of virtual assembly.It is possible to calculate the interference of parts in virtual assembly enviroment,realize the pre-assessment of assembly quality in the process of virtual docking of aircraft parts,and propose reasonable optimization program through the interference value calculation.This topic proposes an interference detection technique in CATIA environment to improve the assembly quality of aircraft components.First,the digital measurement technique of aircraft components and design of docking solutions based on point cloud data are stated,including the measurement principle of optical precision measurement,pretreatment of measurement data,establishment of component coordinate systems,transformation of coordinates,and feature acquisition.Then using the bounding box method to determine the initial interference relationship during the movement of the point cloud data of the moving part.Moreover,using the three-dimensional intersection method to calculate the accurate penetration depth of the moving part and the fixed part,give the interference distribution,and implement the secondary development through CAA realizing the interference detection algorithm.Finally,a reasonable optimization scheme is proposed for the interference results of parts to improve assembly quality and assembly efficiency.
