Low-voltage circuit breaker is one of the core components of low-voltage distribution network.Because of its small volume,long life and high reliability,it has been widely applied in the transmission and distribution of electric energy,the control and protection of power equipments.However,due to the complexity of its application,the diversity of the connection loads and the deficiency of the traditional residual life prediction methods,some accidents such as system instability,casualties and property loss caused by the failure of low-voltage circuit breaker are caused.Therefore,effect-tively predicting residual life of low-voltage circuit breaker and selectively replacing based on the prediction results can reduce the possibility of accidents.By analyzing the life characteristics of low voltage circuit breaker,this thesis carried out in-depth research with the online prediction for residual electrical life as the starting point.Firstly,it studies the influence of the intrinsic properties of low-voltage circuit breaker on electrical life losses,and analyzes the relationship between load characteristics and service electrical life of low-voltage circuit breaker.Secondly,it uses arc energy to quantify the electrical life loss of low voltage circuit breaker,studies the calculation model of arc energy of low-voltage circuit breaker,and the average arc energy calculation model of low-voltage circuit breaker based on total arc energy is deduced.Finally,based on the average arc energy of low-voltage circuit breaker sample,the branch characteristic arc energy is set up,which can reflect the characteristic state of the working branch state of the low voltage circuit breaker;and on this basis,the online prediction model for residual electrical life of segmented low voltage circuit breaker is established.The model is carried out by the Monte-Carlo simulation method,and the simulation results show that the online prediction model of the residual electrical life of segmented low voltage circuit breaker has good prediction ability.In this thesis,the online prediction model of residual electrical life of the segment-ed low-voltage circuit breaker based on the characteristics of different branches can effectively improve the prediction precision of the residual electrical life of the low-voltage circuit breaker,and has a good application value,and the online forecasting scheme is given.
