Study On The Facade Design Of Landscape Wall For Residential District Of Neo-Chinese Style In Beijing

The landscape wall is an important landscape element in the residential area landscape.The design elements such as shape,material,color and pattern on the facade have strong cultural expression functions.The virtual and real changes of the landscape wall divide the space within the residential area.Also plays an important role.In recent years,China’s new Chinese-style residential community has gradually prospered and gradually become the mainstream.The design of the landscape wall fully combines the design methods of traditional Chinese residential walls.Taking Beijing’s new Chinese-style community as an example,the interior walls of the community are combined with the traditional Beijing courtyard,classical royal gardens and Jiangnan private gardens.The facade design has regional and ethnic styles,fully expressing the new era of residential landscapes in China.The inheritance and development of culture.This paper proposes to explore the source of design connotation,summarizes its design status and proposes design suggestions,and proposes solutions to the problems that arise.After summarizing the research background,research purposes and relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper proposes six research methods for the problems that need to be studied:literature review method,comprehensive analysis method,example analysis method,questionnaire survey method,field research method and dialectic Critical law.This paper first clarifies the purpose and significance of this research,and then combs the research status and related concepts and related theories of the new Chinese-style facade design,so as to determine the research perspective and theoretical support of the article.Secondly,the article analyzes and summarizes the inheritance and innovation,function,landscaping and content expression of Chinese traditional residences from Beijing New Chinese-style facade design,laying the foundation for the following field research.Thirdly,through the field investigation of the design of the facade of the Fusong Residential Quarter in Beijing,Beijing Minmetals Vanke·Ruyuan,Beijing Xishan Longjing,Taihe Beijing Yard,Beijing Vanke Guancheng·Everyone’s residential community,the collected materials were collected.The information and information are analyzed and organized to explore the application of the new Chinese design concept.Finally,combined with the research and analysis results,the design problems are found,the shortcomings are pointed out,and design improvement suggestions and solutions are given from various aspects of the problem to improve the new Chinese residence.The problems in the design of the facade of the community wall are expected to look forward to the future development of the new Chinese-style residential community.
